Threats on the Border:China to build 166 buildings-roads in Bhutan; It is just 30 KM away from the Doklam where the dispute took place in 2017.

China is now encircling India via Bhutan. Some new satellite images have surfaced. On seeing them, it is known that China is setting up two big villages in Bhutan, 30 km away from the Doklam area. These will be interconnected. Doklam is the same place where there was a dispute between the soldiers of India and China in 2017. China was trying to build a road here and India stopped it. China is building 166 buildings and roads here. Its construction can be seen in satellite images.

Satellite images show that some buildings have been built and some are under construction.

Change in Strategy
NDTV has released a report on this new action of China with these images. According to this, after the Doklam dispute, China has changed its strategy. He is doing construction away from places where India does not have a presence. The Doklam plateau is quite large. China's construction site is 9 kilometers away from the particular part about which there was an India-China dispute in 2017, and it is Bhutan's land. In November 2020, NDTV itself had told in one of its reports that the Chinese army has prepared a village in Bhutan.

Some construction sites are seen in this satellite image of January 1, 2022.

Absolutely true evidence
GeoNet researcher Damien Simon obtained these satellite images for the first time in November last year. According to him - these pictures give absolutely true evidence that China is now building in that part of Bhutan, where there is a dispute between the two countries. Many structures have been built here and some are under construction. Heavy machines and earth moving equipment are available here. The roads leading to the construction site have been prepared. However, at the moment it cannot be said whether China wants to use these places military or something else. One thing is certain that a small and weak country like Bhutan is not able to oppose China. Negotiations on the border dispute are going on between the two countries for 40 years. Till now Bhutan has never said whether it has given an inch of its land to China or not.

This satellite has been released by GeoNet researcher Damien Simon. In this the map of the construction site has been drawn.

Bhutan's Foreign Policy
Historically Bhutan has always been close to India, although India has never interfered in its foreign policy. Bhutan is very well aware of India's concerns about China. India's late CDS General Bipin Rawat had also warned about China's conspiracy. The dispute between India and China in Ladakh has been going on for almost two years.

China can also use this construction for military activities.

On Wednesday, in response to a question asked on the ongoing dispute between India and China, Army Chief General Naravane
had said – the reason for the dispute between the two countries is that their views on the LAC do not match. The Army Chief had made it clear that no construction would be allowed to China in Arunachal. He had said – As far as we are concerned, we are on alert to protect our borders. The situation prevailing today cannot be changed by any force.
